I gladly accept cancellations if requested within: 2 days of purchase. I don't accept returns or exchanges on custom made items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. My number one goal is for my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. Being a handmade shop, where the items are customized by the customer being purchased & used for photography purposes If you feel the item you received is misrepresented or that is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately!
Each item is made to order so every detail can be selected by the customer. There is a size chart and instructions for measuring on every listing. If measurements are not provided then the item will be made using our standard size chart. If alterations are needed & measurements were not provided there will be a $25 alteration fee & the customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including both the return shipping and sending out the altered dress). I highly recommend insurance and tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost packages without them.
Colors can appear very different on a computer screen so if you are unsure about a certain shade or you are matching colors please request a color sample before ordering.

Every item I have listed is handmade with extra time & care. With this being said please understand that most items are made to order & will have a turn around time depending on how many orders I have at the time. If you need an item by a certain date please message me before you order to verify that I will be able to deliver in time.
*USA Domestic: USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) or First Class Mail (4-10 days).
• INTERNATIONAL: I use USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary greatly, due to customs. I have NO CONTROL over delays in international shipping or Custom charges. That is the responsibility of the customer to find out that information for their country.
• Ready to ship items will be shipped in 1-3 business days from time of payment confirmation. .
* Insurance is only provided when requested & purchased by the customer. HHN is not responsible for lost items. This is a rare occurrence but does happen. Large orders or international orders may want to consider the optional shipping insurance for extra protection.

How to place a custom order?
There are two ways to place a custom order.
Select the style dress/outfit the you want to purchase. Choose the size you need after comparing to the size chart. After the item/s are in your cart you can include a detailed description of your color options, and detail placement.
Contact me for a custom listing made just for you. In the email please include the size you need, measurements, style of dress/outfit and fabric and color details.

How long will my order take?
A. Since everything in my shop is handmade the turn around times will change depending on current order volume. The shop heading of my store page will include the turn around time. If you do not see this info please contact me before ordering to ensure availability.
How will my order be shipped?
A. Domestic orders will ship UPS ground or USPS priority mail. International orders will ship USPS Priority international 6-10 day delivery. Other shipping methods are available upon request.
How do I track my order?
A. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped.
May I return a custom order?
A. Since each item is handmade and often by custom measurements and colors, returns are not possible. If the item arrives damaged or a mistake has been made by me alterations/repairs will be made. If you receive your item and it is not what you ordered or it is damaged please contact me immediately for a solution. Customer service is a top priority and I am proud to have 100% positive customer feedback!
